It’s time to update your portfolio!
I’m currently offering a $300 Spring Photo Shoot Special through April 9, 2013. The package includes a 3-hour photo session with up to 4 different looks, and 5 color-corrected and retouched Final Images (selected by you and/or your team).
The regular price for this package is $870, but you can pay $300 now and shoot when you are ready!
Referrals for hair stylists, makeup artists and wardrobe stylists are available.
Step 1: The Consultation
We will meet at a mutually-convenient Starbucks Coffee/Connecticut Muffin to discuss what you would like to accomplish from your photo session. We can review your current portfolio, and you can bring reference photos, vision boards, etc. I will bring my print portfolio for you to review and I can provide referrals for hair stylists, makeup artists and/or wardrobe stylists that you may wish to hire for your photo session. if you haven’t made your payment online using PayPal, then I will also collect your non-refundable payment of $300.
If you choose a studio shoot, then we will schedule our photo session and book the studio.
Step 2: The Photo Session
The photo session itself will be laid-back, calm and fun. You can bring a friend if you’d like, and bring your iPod/iPhone to connect to my audio system. You can bring up to 4 different looks and there will be a clothes steamer and clips to help you get your clothes looking perfect.
We will shoot about 300-500 frames, and we’ll review the shots as we go.
Step 3: All Images
After your photo session, you will receive a web link where you can review all of the images that we’ve shot as low-resolution watermarked proofs to determine which images you’d like to have color-corrected and retouched. The web link will remain active for at least 90 days, and can be reactivated at any time in the future.

Step 4: Jimi’s Picks
I will personally review the images we’ve taken, and provide you with a second link to show you which images I consider to have been the best, and which ones you should consider for your portfolio. Some basic very basic color correcting will be done on “Jimi’s Picks.”

Step 5: Selection and Retouching
You can share the web links to the low-resolution watermarked proofs to help you select which pictures you’d like to have color-corrected and retouched. As part of your $300 Spring Photo Shoot Special, you can select 5 pictures to be color-corrected and retouched. If you’d like to order more than 5 pictures, they cost only $45 each.
Step 6: Final Images and Prints
When the color-corrected and retouched Final Images are ready, I will send you an email (and/or a text message) indicating you can download the color-corrected and retouched Final Images via Dropbox. You will receive both low-resolution RGB JPEG files (for uploading to web sites and emailing) as well as high-resolution RGB JPEG files (for printing in your portfolio). If you’d like to have prints made from your photo session, I can help with that, also.

Terms and Conditions
The value of this $300 Winter Photo Shoot Special promotional package is $870. This includes the photo session fee and 5 high-resolution retouched and color-corrected Final Images. The normal fee to shoot with me is $300 for the photo session. High-resolution color-corrected and retouched Final Images are $90 per shot.
Due to the nature of this promotion, your payment of $300 must be made in full before the photo session is formally booked and is non-refundable. Once your photo session has been formally booked, there is a $25 fee to reschedule your session.
If you would like to book a location of your own choosing, there may be an additional fee to cover the costs of transporting me and my gear to and from the location. Feel free to discuss this with me.
My fee covers photography only. I will gladly recommend hair stylists, makeup artists and/or wardrobe stylists, and their fee(s) will be negotiated and paid independent of my fee.
